DAILY: 143. per Night- 3 night minimum (Weekly only in July)
OFF PEAK: 3rd week of AUGUST thru 2nd week of JUNE
WEEKLY: 795. Per Week
DAILY: 115. Per Night 2 Night Minimum
April through October;
Begin your stay at 2:00 PM EST Saturday and end on the following Saturday at 10 AM EST.
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee must be recieved within 15 days of the reservation. For your convenience, we accept personal Check or money order.
The balance of the rental fee is due when you arrive plus 6% MI sales tax added on to the Total Rental Fee.
$100. Deposit is Required and Property must be left as found.
$40. Cleaning fee applies to nightly rentals
Refunds will be given less a 35% handling fee on the initial 50% down; Only if you give notice 30 days prior to your intended reservation. (no exceptions)
